At Lilydale Heights we organise a range of open events and information sessions for prospective students, their families and the wider college community to get a first-hand idea of everything we have to offer. This is an ideal opportunity to learn about the College and have your questions answered.
Good teaching is more a giving of right questions than a giving of right answers.
The move from primary to secondary school is a major milestone for your child. The procedure for enrolment at Lilydale Heights has been streamlined to make the experience as easy and transparent as possible.

We understand that finding the right school for your children is a very important decision your family will make. At Lilydale Heights we organise a range of open events, information sessions and tours for prospective students and their families to get a first-hand idea of everything we have to offer. Tours can be booked by calling the College office on 03 9735 1133 or by completing the Request a Tour Form.
We recommend you visit a few schools before making your choice to enrol. Take notes, ask questions and get a feel for the school environment during a normal working day. Make an informed decision.
To ensure a smooth transition for each individual student from primary to secondary school, Lilydale Heights College offers an extensive transition program. We believe the more contact our students have with their future teachers, classmates and learning environment, prior to commencing at our College, the better they will settle into life as a secondary student.
Students attending Year 6 in a government primary school are provided with a transition information package at the beginning of Term 2 by their current primary schools.
Once you have decided which school you wish your child to attend for Year 7, an Application for Year 7 Placement form must be filled out and returned to the Year 6 Coordinator at your primary school. If you would like your child to attend Lilydale Heights College, it is important to list us as your first preference.
If you are interested in enrolling at Lilydale Heights College, please complete the Application Form and send to [email protected] If you require a paper form, please contact the school office on 9735 1133.
An enrolment form will be provided when placement is offered.
