Excellence  Respect  Responsibility

Information Events

At Lilydale Heights we organise a range of open events and information sessions. This is an ideal opportunity to learn about the College and have your questions answered.

Good teaching is more a giving of right questions than a giving of right answers.

Enrolment and Transition

The move from primary to secondary school is a major milestone for your child. The procedure for enrolment at Lilydale Heights has been streamlined to make the experience as easy and transparent as possible.

Make an Informed Choice

Join a College Tour

We understand that finding the right school for your children is a very important decision your family will make. At Lilydale Heights we organise a range of open events, information sessions and tours for prospective students and their families to get a first-hand idea of everything we have to offer. Tours can be booked by calling the College office on 03 9735 1133 or by completing the Request a Tour Form.

Compare and Choose

We recommend you visit a few schools before making your choice to enrol. Take notes, ask questions and get a feel for the school environment during a normal working day. Make an informed decision.

Transition Events

Before Commencing

To ensure a smooth transition for each individual student from primary to secondary school, Lilydale Heights College offers an extensive transition program. We believe the more contact our students have with their future teachers, classmates and learning environment, prior to commencing at our College, the better they will settle into life as a secondary student.

Various Transition Events

  • Discovery Days for senior primary school students
  • Teacher visits to primary schools
  • Orientation Day - a full day's activities for all incoming Year 7 students
  • Parent Information Sessions and welcome BBQ for new students and their families
  • Year 7 first day introductory program and Open Mornings

Year 7 Enrolment

Application for Year 7 Placement

If you would like your child to attend Lilydale Heights College, it is important to list us as your first preference.
